Terms & Conditions

For Airport Pickup, City Tours, Park Visits, Museum Tours, and Newcomer Orientation Services

By booking any of our services you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking Agreement

By booking any of our services, including airport pickup, city tours, park visits, museum tours, or newcomer orientation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between the client and the service provider.

2. Service Description

We provide professional transportation and guided orientation services that may include the following:

Airport Pickup

Meet and greet service at the airport, flight monitoring, luggage assistance, and direct transportation to the client's destination.

City Tours

Guided sightseeing tours within the city that may include visits to landmarks, neighbourhoods, parks, and other points of interest. Tours may be customized according to client preferences where possible.

Park Visits

Transportation and guided visits to public parks and scenic outdoor locations for sightseeing and leisure.

Museum Tours

Transportation and guidance for visits to museums and cultural attractions. Entry tickets, if required, are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.

Newcomer Orientation

Guided orientation services designed for new residents, which may include introductions to important city locations, transportation systems, shopping areas, community resources, parks, museums, and essential services.

All services are provided according to the schedule and details confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Booking Requirements

Clients must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.

  • For airport pickup services, accurate flight details must be provided, including airline, flight number, arrival time, and terminal if available.
  • For city tours, park visits, museum tours, or newcomer orientation, clients must provide preferred tour details, locations, and any specific requests when booking. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate preferences, final routing and timing may depend on operational and traffic conditions.

4. Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee of 5% of the total booking amount is charged at the time of booking to secure the reservation. This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Taxes

Applicable taxes vary by province and local tax regulations and will be added to the total booking price:

  • Ontario (Toronto): 15% HST
  • Alberta (Calgary/Edmonton): 6% GST
  • Other provinces: applicable provincial/federal taxes

All taxes charged are non-refundable.

6. Flight Monitoring and Delays (Airport Pickup)

For airport pickup services, we monitor the client's flight status and adjust the pickup time in case of delays at no additional charge.

If a flight is cancelled or significantly changed, the client must notify us as soon as possible so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are permitted only if made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup or tour time.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are not permitted and will result in the full booking amount being charged.
  • The 5% booking fee and all applicable taxes are non-refundable under any circumstances.

8. Refund Policy

If a booking qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, the refunded amount will be calculated as the total booking amount minus 5% of the total booking value, which covers administrative and processing costs.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

9. Passenger Conduct

Clients are responsible for arriving at the agreed meeting point on time and must follow all safety instructions provided by the driver or guide.

Passengers must behave respectfully and avoid any unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behaviour during the service. The driver or guide reserves the right to terminate the service immediately if a client's behaviour threatens safety, violates laws, or creates an inappropriate environment. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

10. Liability

We make every reasonable effort to provide reliable and timely service. However, we are not liable for delays, schedule changes, or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic congestion
  • Road closures
  • Flight delays or airport operations
  • Government restrictions
  • Public events or emergencies

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the total service fee paid for the booking.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected during the booking process is used strictly for service delivery, communication, and booking management purposes.

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to complete the service.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time in order to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The most recent version of these Terms and Conditions will apply to all bookings.

13. Information Sharing for Reservations

For certain services, including visits to national parks or attractions that require reservations, limited client information may be shared with the appropriate authorities or organisations, including Parks Canada, solely for the purpose of securing or confirming reservations. The information shared may include the client's name, contact details, and booking details when required. This information will only be used for reservation and service fulfilment purposes and will not be shared for marketing or unrelated activities.

14. Client Contact and Address Accuracy

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and pickup details, including the correct phone number and address at the time of booking. If incorrect or incomplete contact information is provided and we are unable to reach the client or locate the pickup location, we will not be responsible for any missed service, delays, or additional costs that may result. In such situations, the booking may be treated as a no-show and standard cancellation policies will apply.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking, making payment, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
