Non-Refundable Fees
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- 5% booking fee — charged at time of booking to secure your reservation
- All applicable taxes — Ontario HST (15%), Alberta GST (6%), or other provincial taxes
Please read this policy carefully before booking. By completing a booking you agree to these terms.
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

| 48+ hours before service | Total amount minus 5% cancellation fee (booking fee & taxes also retained) |
| Within 48 hours of service | No refund — full amount charged |
| No-show / not arriving on time | No refund |
If MapleBridge cancels a booking due to operational reasons (staffing, weather, safety, or other), we will offer a full refund or an option to reschedule at no extra cost.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks initiated before we can review your case may delay resolution.
